Bill has been involved in the sale of apartment buildings for the past 20 years. He owns apartment buildings himself and has extensive experience in the highs and lows of owning such an investment. Bill’s service, integrity and knowledge stand the test of time and have been at the root of his success. As Past President of the BC Apartment Owners and Managers Association, Bill keeps informed of any pending changes important to building owners and keeps them up to date with constant contact either by phone, mail or email. His experience over the years makes him the number one resource for buyers and sellers.

Fran has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She has an extensive legal background working for law firms and developers in the real estate sector. Fran’s focus is on the contract management and marketing of clients’ properties to ensure proper exposure and a smooth transition in the selling process.

Lilian is Bill’s wife and business partner. Her guidance and support to the team is invaluable in helping serve clients. As proud apartment building owners, Bill and Lilian are aware of the effective means in which to better serve the owners and are proud to share that with their clients.
